1. Where is Bump & Bellies located?

Bump & Bellies LLC is based in the U.S. and proudly serves moms nationwide through our online store at www.bumpandbellies.com. All orders ship directly from our U.S. fulfillment center.


2. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days.


3. How long will shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our facility.


4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Bump & Bellies ships within the United States only. We’re working toward expanding international shipping soon.


6. What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

7. How do I start a return or exchange?

To begin a return, email support@bumpandbellies.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions once your request is approved.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


8. What if I paid with Klarna?

If you used Klarna to complete your purchase:

  • Your order will ship after Klarna confirms your payment authorization (allow 1–2 extra business days).

  • Refunds for Klarna orders require items to be unopened, unused, and undamaged, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.


9. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort as your bump grows.


10. Are your clothes only for pregnancy?

Not at all! Bump & Bellies styles are designed to look and feel great during pregnancy and postpartum — so you can enjoy them long after baby arrives.


11. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away at support@bumpandbellies.com with your order number and updated address. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the address.


12. What should I do if my package is missing or damaged?

If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@bumpandbellies.com within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it.


13. How can I contact customer support?
