We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.

1. Processing Time
Orders process in 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During peak periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (U.S.)

• Standard: 5–8 business days — $7.95

• Expedited: 2–4 business days — $14.95

• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 — Free
  Delivery times start after shipment and may be affected by carrier/weather delays.

3. Klarna Orders (Buy Now, Pay Later)

• We ship after Klarna confirms payment authorization (allow 1–2 additional business days).

• Once shipped, delivery times are the same as your selected method.

• Shipping costs for Klarna orders are the same as above (Standard $7.95, Expedited $14.95, Free over $100).

• Ensure your Klarna billing/shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.

4. Tracking
A tracking link is emailed upon shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages after the carrier marks them as delivered. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
