We want you to love your Bump & Bellies LLC purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.

1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

2. Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Items must be returned in original packaging
Final sale, clearance, and intimate items (e.g., bodysuits/undergarments) are not returnable

3. Klarna Purchases
If you paid with Klarna and want a refund:

Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged
You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back
Refunds for Klarna purchases are processed after inspection and approval
Any additional questions regarding the return policy please visit merchant protection program

4. How to Start a Return
Email support@bumpandbellies.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send instructions and a return address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds
After inspection, we’ll email you a decision. Approved refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email support@bumpandbellies.com within 5 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
