What is Bump & Bellies Return Policy?

  • We want you to be completely satisified with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not happy with your clothing item, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a store gift card or exchange.

Are there any return exceptions?

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.  Original packaging must be included, if applicable
  • Final sale items marked as such at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way
  • Undergarments, swimwear and other personalized items
  • Items where the clothing tags have been removed
  • Items that have perfume smells, makeup or anything alike
  • Any shipping protection plans (optional)

What's the return process?

  • Complete the return form by clicking on the link below. You'll need the following information to initiate your online return: Your order number and original shipping zip code.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return form
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your return and issue a store gift card or exchange within 3-5 business days

What refund method will I receive?

  • All refunds will be issued with a store gift card.  All gift cards must be redeemed within six months of issuance. 

What's the exchange policy?

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size and/or color, please indicate your preference on the return form.  All exhanges are subject to availability.

How can our B&B customers ensure a smooth return process?

  • Before making a purchase, familiarize yourself with our store return policy.  Understand the time frame for returns, condition requirements and any exceptions such as final sale items.
  • Ensure that the clothing item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.  Avoid removing labels or altering the item in any way, as this will void any and all returns.
  • Keep the receipt or any proof of purchase in a safe place until you are sure you will be keeping the item.  This will be necessary for processing your return.
